Warehouses tend to hold large volumes of bulky material: pallets, racking, shelving, packaging, stock and equipment left behind from a business that has moved on. The first step is understanding the site: its size, what remains, how it is accessed and what has to be finished by when. From there we provide a fixed-price quotation and agree the timing.
Tell us what equipment is on site, such as loading docks and forklifts, and what the access constraints are. Where the site has hazardous or specialist contents, mention them early so they can be assessed before we set the price.
